ULCERATIVE COLITIS (MALE ONLY)

Males ages 25 to 55 years, based on the date of signing informed consent Documented diagnosis of UC of at least 4 months AND. Documentation of moderate to severe UC disease by endoscopic and histopathologic examination. Previously demonstrated an inadequate clinical response, loss of response to, or intolerance to at least 1 of the following agents: corticosteroids, immunomodulators, tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNFa) antagonists, or vedolizumab. At screening, have normal measurements of ejaculate fluid

Key Exclusion Criteria:

Previously documented problems with male reproductive health

Active tuberculosis (TB) or history of latent TB that has not been treated

Use of any concomitant prohibited medications as described in the protocol
