Paramount Medical Research is a Clinical Research Center with its own local laboratory, several personal and comfortable examination rooms, and an infusion suite located under one roof.  We are conveniently located, directly across the street from Southwest General Hospital, and easily accessible via 71 or Bagley Road. There is free outdoor parking and within steps of our doors.

PMRC is also affiliated with Premier Physicians Centers – a Greater Cleveland-based multi-specialty group with over 75 physicians in family practice, internal medicine, cardiology, endocrinology, rheumatology, oncology, orthopedic, and physical medicine. Participants are often referred by the various members of Premier Physicians, offering them the option of a clinical research trial.

Dr. Isam Diab is the Clinical Research Director at Paramount Medical Research and specializes in rheumatology and internal medicine. Dr. Diab has conducted clinical research for over 25 years, while growing his private practice into one of the largest within the United States by collaborating with over 75 private practices in the Cleveland area.

Dr. Diab has treated individuals across a wide spectrum of immunological diseases, including rheumatoid arthritis, systemic lupus erythematosus, lupus nephritis, ankylosing spondylitis, osteoporosis, psoriatic arthritis, and gout.  He has partnered with 2 other board-certified Rheumatologists.  In addition, Dr. Diab recently collaborated with a GI specialist and is now conducting trials for patients with crohn’s Disease and ulcerative Colitis.

As a patient at Paramount Medical Research, you can expect to have excellent medical care provided by experienced registered nurses along with other highly trained and dedicated staff. In addition, compensation for time and travel is generally available to participants.
